According to the new data from China Customs, silicon metal export volume was 65,667.374mt in Dec., decreasing by 4.3% M-o-M. Compared with the same period in 2012, Si export volume rose by 38.5%. The main exporters included: Korea (12,761.25mt); Japan (12,476.201mt); Hong Kong (5,758mt); Taiwan (4,907mt); Germany (3,550mt), etc.
In whole 2013, Si export amount reached 704,280.577mt in China, rising by 46.7% Y-o-Y.
