According to the latest data from China Customs, China exported 6,751.24 mt of magnesium products in June,2013, largely down 24.7% from May,2013(8,965.529 mt) and down 9.9% from June of 2012(7,493.307 mt).
The Netherlands, Canada and South Korea were three main importers of Chinese magnesium, with respective exports to the three countries being 2,566.779 mt, 664.169 mt and 583.784 mt. Exports of Chinese magnesium to these countries were all decreased, among which exports to Canada slumped 62.7% month-on-month.
In the first half of 2013, China totally exported 50,195.02 mt of magnesium, slightly down 3.9% from the same period of 2012(52,247.83 mt).
